Greetings to Visitors and Brothers of Alpha:
Thank you for visiting the website of Delta Zeta Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
We are proudly located in the Garden City of Orangeburg, S.C., home of the fighting Bulldogs of South Carolina State University and the Mighty Panthers of Claflin University.
If you are a visitor, we hope you find our website to be a source of information about our dear fraternity and activities of the local chapter. Alpha Phi Alpha has always led the way in championing the cause for social justice and equality since it’s inception in 1906. Through brothers like Justice Thurgood Marshall, Martin Luther King, Jr., Whitney Young Jr., Adam Clayton Powell and many others, people of color have seen their quality of life drastically change for the better.
For brothers of Alpha, we hope you find this website to be an affirmation of what Alpha men stand for: Manly deeds, Scholarship and Love for all Mankind.
Delta Zeta Lambda continues to work diligently to enhance the lives of the less fortunate in our community by providing scholarships to needy students and programs such as “Project Alpha”, “Go to High School, Go to College”, “Voteless People is a Hopeless People” and mentoring and tutoring programs for our youth.
Again, thanks again for visiting!
Frank L. Loadholt, President
